The Prototype Loop
Prove the loop with evidence before anyone commits real budget to it.

When it makes sense, the Foundry builds a lightweight working prototype to prove the loop before a client commits to a major implementation. It might be built on low-code automation, an existing SaaS tool, an agent framework, or a thin custom application.
The point is never to become a giant bespoke build. It is to:
- Validate the workflow end to end
- Surface the edge cases nobody predicted
- Produce real evaluation results against the client's own cases
- Settle the long-term build-or-buy question with evidence instead of opinion
A vendor's benchmark is measuring something else entirely; the only test that matters is your own task, run against your own cases, with your own quality bar.
