The LoopOps Retainer

Keep a deployed loop improving instead of drifting into an abandoned pilot.

FIG. 01 A live loop, watched.

A loop that ships and is never watched again does not stay good. It drifts, and the first sign anyone gets is usually a customer complaint.

The LoopOps Retainer is an ongoing engagement to keep a deployed loop healthy, working alongside the client's internal process owner:

  • Monitoring loop performance and reviewing failures and edge cases
  • Updating prompts, context, and tools as the workflow shifts
  • Capturing human corrections and improving evaluation criteria
  • Managing escalation paths and watching for drift
  • Maintaining auditability
  • Deciding when a loop is ready to downshift to a cheaper model, when it should expand, when it should pause, and when it should be replaced outright

This is technical-operational tuning, not employee adoption work. The goal is a loop that keeps getting better — not a permanent department the Foundry never leaves.
